Rarity walks you through setup on first open: store details, which features to turn on, where emails go, and adding the blocks to your theme. You can re-run any step from the Home page.
Ask about setupThe auction, offer and drop blocks only appear on products with a live listing. Add them once from the theme editor (Home → Add to theme has one-click links), then launch a listing on that product.
Ask about blocksPlans are billed through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from the Plans page in the app. Trials are 14 days on Starter and Pro.
Ask about billingMerchants can delete any collector from the Collectors page. Shoppers can email us directly and we'll handle it within 30 days. Uninstalling deletes everything.
